My main focus in the years to come is contributing towards political, social and economic transformation in Sri Lanka. Along with my fellow members of the Centenary Movement we have a bold vision and clear goals for Sri Lanka. We embarked on this journey four years ago. We set out by casting a vision with these audacious goals and set up milestones for 5 , 10 and 15 years of the journey ahead. Our dream for Sri Lanka at 100 years of independence is our driving force. Serving all Sri Lankans and transforming the future generations to come is our motivation. We hope to inspire a generation to embrace this as their mandate and work tirelessly to transform Sri Lanka.
The same generation that inspired the “Aragalaya” is able to go beyond the protest , to change this political culture and wretched “system” and transform a nation. Hence we march on.
We are committing our lives to hand over Sri Lanka to our children’s generation by 2048. In order for this audacious goals to become a reality, give the current context , we believe that the work begins now. Therefore we are committed to,
